Invitation to 2014 Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration cum Scholarship & Bursary Presentation Ceremony
For the Chinese community, the Mid-Autumn Festival is a joyous occasion and there’s no better time than this to witness the presentation of scholarship and bursary to our members’ children.
This year, Gan Clan Singapore will organise its Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration cum Scholarship & Bursary Presentation Ceremony with details as follows:
Date : 6 September 2014, Saturday
Time : 6.30 – 9.30 pm
Venue : Auditorium on Level 3 at Gan Clan Singapore
Programme : Scholarship & Bursary Presentation Ceremony followed by sumptuous
buffet dinner, riddles, sighting of the moon, sharing of mooncakes and
traditional snacks

Scholarship & Bursary Presentation Ceremony
We are pleased to announce that applications for the scholarship and bursary are now open. Should you be interested to apply for this for your children, please make use of the Application Form as attached. All applications, together with the required supporting documents are to be mailed and reach our Secretariat by 8 August 2014 (Friday). We regret that applications received after this closing date will not be considered.
All successful applicants will be notified by mail and are to attend the Presentation Ceremony in your school uniform (except for Polytechnic and University undergraduates). It is deemed that you have given up or forego the scholarship and bursary granted to you should you fail to attend this Presentation Ceremony. Please go through full details of the respective Rules and Regulations for application as stated in copies attached.
