In an effort to be environmentally friendly, a link to the electronic version of our Association’s AGM paper will be enclosed in the notification letter of the AGM. Hard copies of the AGM papers will only be provided to members attending the AGM. Members who require a hard copy of the AGM papers please contact the secretariat. - Quorum
Under Rule 26.1 of the Constitution of Gan Clan Singapore，the quorum of the meeting shall not be less than fifty (50) Life Members or 25% of the total Life Membership of the Association present, whichever is the lesser. - Life Members who would like to submit matters for discussion may do so 7 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting.

- Lunch will be served at 12pm for Life Members attending the Annual General Meeting.
