This talk aims to create awareness about kidney health by covering the basics: what kidneys are, why they are important, and how doctors measure kidney function using creatinine and eGFR. Participants will learn about foods and lifestyle habits that can harm the kidneys, such as excessive sodium, oil, and sugar (SOS), as well as everyday health habits to support kidney function. Warning signs of kidney problems will also be highlighted.
