NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR YEAR 2026
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Rule 10 of the Constitution of Gan Clan Singapore, the Annual General Meeting for Year 2026 of Gan Clan Singapore will be held on Saturday, 19 September 2026 at 2p.m. at Gan Clan Singapore Heritage Hall (3F). Lunch will be served at 1pm for Life Members attending the Annual General Meeting.
In an effort to be environmentally friendly, a link is enclosed in this letter for members to view the electronic version of our Association’s AGM paper. Limited hard copies of the AGM papers will only be provided to members at the AGM. Members who require a hard copy of the AGM papers, please contact the secretariat.
Life Members who have any matter for discussion should submit in writing to reach the secretariat 7 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting.

2026年度常年会员大会通告
依据新加坡颜氏公会章程第十条规定，在此通知诸位 2026年度会员大会将于 2026年 9月19 日（星期六）下午2 时正，假颜氏公会三楼文化厅举行。会员大会当天下午1时正，将敬备午餐招待出席会议的永久会员。
为配合环保尽一份力，此信件中附上会议文件电子版链接予诸位参阅。限量纸本会议文件仅提供给当天出席会议的会员。若有会员仍需要纸本会议文件，敬请联系公会秘书处。
永久会员若有任何需要提交的事务，最迟必须在会员大会召开前 7 天递交书面申请。
