Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Rule 10 of the Constitution of Gan Clan Singapore, the Annual General Meeting for Year 2026 of Gan Clan Singapore will be held on Saturday, 19 September 2026 at 2p.m. at Gan Clan Singapore Heritage Hall (3F). Lunch will be served at 1pm for Life Members attending the Annual General Meeting.

In an effort to be environmentally friendly, a link is enclosed in this letter for members to view the electronic version of our Association’s AGM paper. Limited hard copies of the AGM papers will only be provided to members at the AGM.  Members who require a hard copy of the AGM papers, please contact the secretariat.

Life Members who have any matter for discussion should submit in writing to reach the secretariat 7 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting.
